Today was such a great week! It was so fun AND jam-packed with miracles!!!
Like if you have seen the show Vampire Diaries, a lot of it is filmed here in Covington. So on exchange, Sister McCrea and I are both fans of the show, so we went and toured a lot of the places! It was so much fun!
Also, that day we were able to find lots of amazing people to teach that actually LET US RIGHT IN! So many times we knock on doors and it goes no where. But Sister McCrea and I found two families who let us right in, let us share our message, took a Book of Mormon and said that we could come back! Amazing! One of these families was a husband and wife, Neal and Demetrrius, and she said she studied theology in school, so knowing if there was a true church on the earth would be amazing. She seemed so inthralled! It was amazing!
I want to talk about Kathryn. Kathryn is so cool. She is having a really rough life right now, but she has opened up so much to the gospel because of it. She has come to church for a month now, and her daughter is signed up to go to Girls Camp. We had a great lesson with her where she said, "I know that I'm kind of one foot in and one foot out right now, but I know this is what I need to do and I will keep trying." I really admire her humility, and she should be getting baptized next Saturday! Hooray!
Also, because of one of the Stake Goals in my home stake is to do Personal Progress, I've decided to complete the Personal Progress program again with the 9 months left of my mission. I'm pretty sure that since all my time is devoted to church stuff that I can finish it super soon. Wish me good luck!
