Isn't that just precious? :)How’d I meet Grandma? I was a University of Southern California taking a chemistry class, and this cute little blonde came into the room and sat down in the front row and the professor came in a introduced her as the lab instructor, and she gave us some of the lectures too, well, she gave us information, I should say about what we were going to be doing. And so uh I saw her and I, so the guys thought that was the cutest gal I’d seen. But anyway why the next day when I was going we had a big, beautiful red Washington apples for breakfast and I kept polishing mine up getting it real bright and shiny and when I went to class why I put it on her desk and uh I was sitting in the audience well she was coming in and talking and she said “I don’t know who to give credit for for this apple that was brought to the teacher if nobody dare tell” and I didn’t move a muscle but I found out that one of my buddies behind me was standing over my head pointing at me. Maxine says more than one. I didn’t see ‘em can’t tell, but she knows. Anyway, that’s how we met.

How Grandpa met Grandma
I mentioned this story in my blog post to my grandpa a few months ago (Dear Grandpa), but I found it in his own words. I thought I'd share it.
