FAMILIES. WOW.

Hi Everyone!

So I just love families. Families are the best! I love how they laugh together, cry together, and spend lots of time together. I love being in the homes of lots of different families and learning all that they have to teach me. Which makes me even more excited to see my family in just a few more days!!!

1) Brittany is a mom of 2 adorable 5 yr old twins, Aleena and Alicia. They play together so cute! We met them all at Kroger, and we just taught Brittany this past week. As were shared with her the Restoration and about the Book of Mormon, she was so excited that we offered her a free copy. "Wow, I was just hoping they would have the Book of Mormon at the library!" (Which they do, by the way) and she is just so excited to learn more.

2) Ryan's dad is a member of the church, his mom is not. Ryan is 10, and he has two younger sisters. We taught them the Restoration and tailored it especially for Ryan and his sisters. But Mom was asking lots of questions too! As we left, his youngest sister Cat reached out from her dad's arms to give us hugs before we left. It was the cutest, and the mom was shocked because Cat never does that! :)

3) The Whites were a family that got baptized a year ago yesterday, but haven't been coming to church as much as we'd like. We stopped by to visit with them last night, and talk about what might be keeping them from coming. They have 3 little boys, and the oldest said the prayer, and he said "I just really hope we can go to church on Sunday." The Spirit was so strong, and the middle boy was hugging me around the middle so tight during the prayer I could barely breathe. I had to choke back tears it was so cute.

Can I just say I'm going to miss getting hugs just because I'm a missionary? Especially the little kids who think you are a superhero just because you wear a nametag.
Also, we got to do baptisms for the dead at the temple. Nothing makes you want to go baptize families more than getting baptized for the dead! The spirit is so real, and its so special as a missionary because you preach about getting baptized every day. I forgot how wonderful it feels to be baptized. To be clean, and free, and almost weightless. I want EVERYONE to have that!!!

I LOVE YOU ALL! I'LL SEE YOU SOON!!!!

One more email left as a missionary....
